Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 minutes of plank hold, 30 supermans (hold 2 seconds/rep), 15 squats

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 2 minutes

10 Burpees

20 Squats
