WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

STRENGTH

#1: 5 Rounds

3 left /3 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

8 left /8 right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

#2: 5 Rounds:

1 left /1 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

4 Goblet Squats(as heavy as possible)

Slow Crawl 30 seconds

CONDITIONING

10 Rounds:

10 Kettlebell Swings

 

5 DBL Kettlebell Clean and Jerk
