Workout #223 of 365 (2018)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Strength

5 Rounds:

2 Double Kettlbell Front Squat

4 Double Kettlebell Press

3 left /3 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

Conditioning

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes alternate between the following:

10 Kettlebell Swings

40 seconds Farmer’s Carry

10 Pushups

3-5 Pullups OR Vertical Pull of your choosing
