SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:

1 left Turkish Getups

10 left Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

30 second left Suitcase Carry

 1 right Turkish Getups

10 right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

30 second right Suitcase Carry
