FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   None.

Part 1:

4 Rounds:

3 left /3 right  One Arm Kettlebell Press

8 Goblet Squats

Part #2:

5 Rounds:

10 Kettlebell Swings

1 left /1 right  Kettlebell Renegade Row

Conditioning:

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes, do the following:

Min. 1 7 left/ 7 right  Kettlebell Snatchor Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

Min 2. 8 Pushups

Min. 3 12 V-ups
