TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells OR None.

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 20 min:

Run 0.2 miles / Walk 0.1 miles

15 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts  or 15 Hip Thrusts

12 Dumbbell Plank Rows (6/arm) or 12 T-Plank Rotations  (6/arm)

9 Dumbbell Split Squats (per leg) or Split Squats (per leg)

6 Dumbbell Shoulder Press or  Pike Pushups
