SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1: Complete 5 Rounds of the following

1 Turkish Getup (strong)

1 Turkish Getup (stronger)

#2: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

5 Kettlebell Swings (strong)

3 Clean (strong)

5 Press (strong)

3 Squat (strong)

5 Kettlebell Snatch (strong)

*Repeat on stronger side*

**Rest as needed between Rounds**
