SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete 10 Rounds of the following (cover as much ground as you can each interval, be consistent!)

Run 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

Record your distance during each interval. Be consistent!
