Workout #195 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.


One of our bodyweight favorites…

Complete as many rungs of the ladder as possible in 18 minutes!

***Note: There is only one 100-yard Sprint between every rung!

1 Pushup

1 Mountain Climber   (per leg)

1 Plank with Shoulder Tap  (per arm)

1 Squat

1 Lunge Step  (per leg)

1 Burpee

1 Broad Jump

100-Yard Sprint

In each succeeding round, add a rep to every exercise. Have Fun!

Record your “rungs” completed.
