SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

“Simple and Sinister” from Pavel Tsatsouline

#1: 5 x 10/10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

*Every 30 seconds, 10 Swings.

***Rest 1 minute***

#2: 5 x 1 (per arm) Getups  (use the same or heavier Kettlebell)

***Rest to recovery before beginning #2***

Record your results. Weight used and any modifications.
