A little R and R this weekend...that's Raymond and Robbie!

Workout #193 of 365 (2018)        

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

1 mile Warm Up Run (pace should be 5K pace or slightly slower)

Then…

7 Rounds:

200 meter Run (pace should be 400m pace)

Rest 1 minute

Then…

1 mile Cool Down run (pace should be 20K pace)

Record your split times for 200 meter runs.
