WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Choose your own adventure:  complete Workout #1 or Workout #2.

Workout #1: “Go ahead and Jump”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes,

60 Jump Rope Skips (20 Double Unders)

10 Jumping Lunge Steps  (5/leg, alternate legs)

60 Jump Rope Skips  (20 Double Unders)

50 feet of Broad Jumps (feet together and spring forward as far as possible landing on both feet. Repeat until you accumulate 50 feet)

Workout #2: “Help, I can’t lift my arms!”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes,

45 Jump Rope Skips (15 Double Unders)

12 Dips

50 feet of Bear Crawl

12 Pushups
