TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes

40 Mountain Climbers  (20/leg)

20 Reverse Lunge Steps  (10/leg)

10 Pushups

Run 200 Yards

Record your total rounds completed.
