07/08/2018: Getup and Swing...it's Sunday!

Auditioning to become Instagram models. Coach Sam had no idea how hard it is to tie a knot in a t-shirt.

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

5 Rounds:

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong)

1 Turkish Getup  (strong)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (stronger)

1 Turkish Getup  (stronger)

2 minutes of mobility work between rounds.

Standing Cross Body Crawl

Record the weight of your kettlebell(s).
