Warmup: 50 Jumping Jacks, 5 Burpees, 25 Jumping Jacks followed by dynamic stretches.

Workout:

Complete 4 rounds of the following movements

100' Walking Lungesteps

25 Situps

25 Squats

Run backwards 100' to your original starting point
