FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong)

30 seconds Bottom Up Kettlebell Carry (strong arm – move any direction)

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (stronger)

30 seconds Bottom Up Kettlebell Carry (stronger – move any direction)

30 seconds Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

**Rest 30 seconds between rounds**

Record your weight used.
