FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 20 – 18 – 16 – 14 – 12 – 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 - 2 reps of the following exercises as quickly as possible.

Situps

Overhead Lungesteps  (each leg is 1 rep, use a Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Barbell, or other heavy object)

Alternate between exercises. 20 Situps followed by 20 Lunge Steps followed by 18 Situps…until you finish!

Had to take Friday off after Wed. and Thurs., but I backtracked to this one because I wanted to give it a try! 14:58
