MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

#1: EMOM 7 minutes

Kettlebell Swings

10 meter Crawl  (any style – click link for a video of variations)

#2: 20 minutes of work

1/1 Turkish Getups

15 Kettlebell Swings

60 meter Carry (Suitcase, Farmer’s, Bottom’s Up, Rack)

Goblet Squats

10 Kettlebell Swings

Record your weight used for each part.
