SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

5 Rounds:

20 seconds Crawl

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (right)

20 seconds Crawl

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (left)

1/1 Turkish Getups
