THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

10 Rounds of the following

1 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

1 Dumbbell Push Press

1 Dumbbell Front Squat

then,

Run 350 meters

***A round consists of 10 Rounds of 1, 1, 1 followed by a 350m Run, meaning there are ten reps of each exercise and a 350m run in every round***
