WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

Part 1:

3 Rounds:

1/1 Turkish Getups

15 Kettlebell Swings

Part 2:

10 Rounds:

2 Goblet Squats

4/4 One Arm Kettlebell Press

2/2 Kettlebell Renegade Row

Conditioning:

EMOM 14  minutes

5/5 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

2/2 Kettlebell Clean and Press/Push Press/Jerk
