TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

5 Dumbbell Front Squat

5 Dumbbell Push Press

Sprint 100 Yards

***REST 2 MINUTES BEFORE #2***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

10 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge(5/leg – use 1 or 2 Dumbbells)

10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

***REST 1 MINUTE BEFORE #3***

#3: Complete reps as possible in 2 minutes

Dumbbell Thrusters
