MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 5 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Part 1:

6 Rounds:

2 Left/ 2 Right One Arm Kettlebell Press

3 Left/ 3 Right Kettlebell Renegade Row

Part 2:

5 Rounds:

5 Goblet Squats

3 Left/ 3 Right Kettlebell Renegade Row

Conditioning:

Every round adds up to 15 reps.

Start with 1 Kettlebell Swings and 14 Squat Thrusts

Then continue with 2 Kettlebell Swings and 13 Squat Thrusts and 3 Kettlebell Swings and 12 Squat Thrusts.  Continue this pattern until reaching 14 Kettlebell Swings and 1 Squat Thrust.
