Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Minute 1: 1 Turkish Getups Left

Minute 2: 7 left and 7 Right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

Minute 3: 1 Turkish Getups Right

Minute 4: 10 Kettlebell Swings
