Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

10 Rounds:

2/2 Kettlebell Renegade Row

3/3 One Arm Kettlebell Press

2 Goblet Squats

Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

20 Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds left / 30 seconds right Suitcase Carry
