THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching,  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Total Body Extensions, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Tall Plank to Downward Dog, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Star Jumps, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Leg Drops, 20 seconds REST

1 Minute WALK
