WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Part #1:

7 Rounds:

5 left /5 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

2 left /2 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

Part #2:

Swing/Squat Grinder (reps add to 11 each round)

1 Goblet Squats + 10 Kettlebell Swings

2 Goblet Squats + 9 Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats + 8 Kettlebell Swings…

…10 Goblet  Squats + 1 Kettlebell Swing

Conditioning:

Every minute, on the minutes, for 10 minutes:

5 left /5 right KB Clean and Jerk

OR 5 left /5 right Kettlebell Snatch
