Workout #171 of 365 (2017)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds:

15 Swings (strong arm)

6 Press (strong arm)

3 Squat  (strong arm)

***Repeat on stronger arm***

Rest 90 seconds between rounds.

Record the weight of your kettlebell and time to completion.
