MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Part 1:

4 Rounds:

6 Goblet Squats

4 Pushups on KBs (like Pushups on Dumbbells)

3/3 Kettlebell Renegade Row

Part 2:

5 Rounds:

5 Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

5 One Arm Kettlebell Press

***Repeat on other arm

Conditioning:

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternating minutes:

10 Kettlebell Swings

100-Yard Sprint
