It's the final workout of week 2 of our kettlebell program!  Sundays are for swings and get-ups.  We hope  you're getting stronger and are enjoying the program so far.  You've made it halfway!

Workout #166 of 365 (2018)

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

Part #1: Simple and Sinister

Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (alternate arms every 30 seconds)

Rest exactly 1 minute, then…

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

1 Turkish Getups (alternate arms each minute

Part #2: 15 minutes of Loaded Carries

Farmer’s Carry

Suitcase Carry

Waiter Carry

Sandbag Carry

Bear Hug Carry

Over the Shoulder Carry

***Don’t focus on the quantity, focus on the quality. Go heavy, rest minimally and get stronger!
