SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device

Complete the following

Run 10 minutes covering as much ground as possible, Rest 5 minutes

Run 6 minutes covering as much ground as possible, Rest 3 minutes

Run 2 minutes covering as much ground as possible, DONE!

Record your distance for each split.
