Friends who Bro together Row together? Hmm...nope, doesn't quite have the right ring to it. Oh well! Aleta and Cheryl are looking strong just in time for summer. Strong backs keep us upright as we age and they look pretty awesome in strapless dresses! Good work, ladies!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

10 Rounds of the following

1 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

1 Dumbbell Push Press

1 Dumbbell Front Squat

then,

Run 350 meters

***A round consists of 10 Rounds of 1, 1, 1 followed by a 350m Run, meaning there are ten reps of each exercise and a 350m run in every round***

Record your rounds and weight used.
