06/15/2018: Week 2, Day 3 of the Kettlebell Program!

It's day 3 of week 2 in our new 4-week kettlebell program!  This is a great opportunity to work on the foundational movements of hardstyle kettlebell training!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Part #1:

10 Rounds:

4 left /4 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

1 left /1 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

7 left /7 right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

Part #2:

3 Rounds:

15 Goblet Squats

30 Second Slow Crawl

Conditioning:

Kettlebell Snatch Pyramid

Every minute on the minute for 11 minutes do the following number of snatches (left/ right):

5/5-6/6-7/7-8/8-9/9-10/10-9/9-8/8-7/7-6/6-5/5
