WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1:  Complete 7 Rounds of the following

20 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong)

20 seconds Press (stronger)

10 seconds REST

20 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (stronger)

20 seconds Press (stronger)

10 seconds REST

#2: Complete 3 rounds of the following

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat (strong)

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat (stronger)

10 seconds REST

30 seconds Kettlebell Half Kneel Windmill (strong)

30 seconds Kettlebell Half Kneel Windmill (stronger)

10 seconds REST
