06/13/2018: Week 2, Day 2 Kettlebell Program!

Happy Wednesday! Below you'll see week 2, day 2 of our new 4-week kettlebell program.  This is a great way to build strength, lean out, and put your hardstyle kettlebell skills into practice.  

Workout #163 of 365 (2018)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching

followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Part 1:

3 x 1 left /1 right Turkish Getups

3 x 10 left /10 right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

3 x 5 Goblet Squats

Part 2:

6 Rounds:

4 left /4 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

2 left /2 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

10 Goblet Squats

Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

6-10 Pushups

12 Kettlebell Swings

Suitcase Carryor Farmer’s Carry 60 steps (if suitcase, 30 steps per side)
