Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following:

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes

12 Box Step-Ups (6/leg)

6 Squat Thrusts

#2:Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes

7 Total Body Extensions

7 V-ups

7 Glute Bridges

7 Plank Jacks
