MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

8 Rounds

3 Goblet Squats

3/3  Kettlebell Renegade Row

4/4 One Arm Kettlebell Press

15 Kettlebell Swings

Conditioning

Snatch Test

5 minutes for MAX Reps Kettlebell Snatch
