SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

5 Rounds or 25 minutes (whichever comes first)

1/1 Turkish Getups

10 Kettlebell Swings(Heavy)

40 meters Suitcase Carry (left)

40 meters Suitcase Carry (right)

Record your weights used and time.
