06/10/2018: Sunday Swings!

Today is Workout #4 of Week #1 of the Smugs Fitness 12-week Kettlebell Program. The first 4-weeks will be available on our Daily Workout Page all month on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Workout #160 of 365 (2018)

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes, perform the following:

Min 1:Turkish Getups (Left)

Min 2: 10 Kettlebell Swings

Min 3: 40 seconds Suitcase Carry (Left)

Min 4: Turkish Getups (Right)

Min 5: 10 Kettlebell Swings

Min 6: 40 seconds Suitcase Carry (Right)
