THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds (per arm) of the following kettlebell complex. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

5 Kettlebell Floor Press (strong arm)

Turkish Getup (stop when you are in the standing position with weight overhead)

5 Squat (strong arm)

5 Press (strong arm); after 5th rep, leave Kettlebell in overhead position and…

Reverse Turkish Getup (back to the floor)

***repeat on Stronger Arm***

Record your total time and weight used.
