Workout #158 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 4 Rounds of the following using a 40 seconds Work, 20 seconds Rest protocol for each exercise. 1 Round corresponds to the completion of each exercise one time through the protocol.
