Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None!

20 minutes of WORK! Rest as needed.

10 T-Plank Rotations(5/side)

20 Split Jumps  (10/side)

10 Plank with Shoulder Taps(5/side)

20 Lateral Lunge       (10/side)

10 Pushup-to-Plank

20 Glute Bridge

30 seconds Jingle Jangles
