WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

Part 1:

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:

5 Goblet Squats

Part 2:

8 Rounds:

5 left /5 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

3 left /3 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

10 Kettlebell Swings

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

 30 seconds Slow Crawl

10 left /10 right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

10 seconds StrongFirst Plank
