TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, Complete the following

3 Goblet Squats

4 Pushups

8 Kettlebell Swings

***REST 2 minutes, then do #2.***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

Sprint 100 yards

10 Kettlebell Reverse Lunge (Goblet Hold) (5/leg)

10 Pushup-to-Plank

Record the weight of your Kettlebell and the number of rounds completed in #2.
