Workout #156 of 365 (2017)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None/Ideally done on a track

Complete 6 Rounds of the following sequence (Note: each round is 3 minutes long. Pick up where you left off on the 2 minute portion each round)

Run 1 minute

Then,

In 2 minutes, Complete as many rounds as possible of the following

3 Pushups

6 Mountain Climbers (per leg!)

9 Jumping Squats

***Rest 1 minute between rounds***

Record your total rounds completed throughout the 6 rounds AND your total distance run over the 6 rounds.
