MONDAY WORKOUT

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s)

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by:

5 x 10 Kettlebell Swings

3 x 1 left / 1 right Turkish Getups

Part 1:

To be performed as a superset

6 x 8 Goblet Squats

6 x 2 left / 2 right One Arm Kettlebell Press

6 x 6 left / 6 right Kettlebell Renegade Row

Part 2:

3 Rounds:

10 Pushups

5 left / 5 right Kettlebell Clean and Press or  One Arm Kettlebell Push Press or Push Jerk

Conditioning:

10 minutes EMOM (alternating between the two)

Minute 1: 12 Kettlebell Swings

Minute 2: 6 left / 6 right Kettlebell Snatch
