Workout #153 of 365 (2017)

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds of the following. 3 minutes to complete the following:

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

2 Clean, 2 Press, 2 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

3 Clean, 3 Press, 3 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

then…

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong side)

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (stronger side)

The entire sequence will take 4 minutes each round.

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY

3 Rounds:

25 Situps

15 Mountain Hoppers (each leg is ½ rep)

Record your weight used.
