FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 18 minutes:

20 Plank with Shoulder Taps

15 Squats

10 Pushups

5 Squat Thrusts

Skip 100 Meters

20 Side Lunges

15 Total Body Extensions

10 Dips           

5 Sit Throughs (5 Left/ 5 Right)

Run 100 Meters
