THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Complete 5 Rounds. Rest 1 minute in between each round.

40 Mountain Climbers          

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Split Squats (per leg w/ Kettlebell)

Record your time and weight used.
