Workout #151 of 365 (2017)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Pushups on Dumbbells

30 seconds Dumbbell Front Squat

30 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press

30 seconds Dumbbell Bent Over Row

30 seconds Walking Dumbbell Lunge Step (Low Carry)  (per leg)

Run 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

Record the weight of your dumbbells.
